New Fitness And Dance Classes With Donna Mather And Janine Allen

Starting Monday 11 October.
Floor Barre followed by Progressing Ballet Technique with Janine Allen from 9:30am-10:30am at An Tobar. Mat based exercise using ballet techniques to strengthen the body. Work at your own pace and gently build strength. For PBT we predominantly use fitness balls to isolate specific muscles. Please bring your own mat, for ages 16 and above.
Metafit with Donna Mather, High Intensity Workout from 6.30pm to 7.30pm pm at An Tobar, for all fitness abilities. Please bring your own mat, for ages 16 and above.
Cardio and Strength training classes with Donna Mather from 7am-8am at An Tobar, all exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness abilities. Please bring your own mat, for ages 16 and above.
Adult Beginners Ballet with Janine Allen from 6pm-7pm at An Tobar. A gentle introduction to ballet suitable for ages 14 and above, T shirts and leggings are idea for this class, with bare feet or ballet shoes.
